Returns  /   Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return/exchange the unused product                           within 10 days of the purchase.

  You will receive a refund or exchange in the amount of the purchase price of the merchandise.

Items must be in NEW condition with tags and packaging in place.

**Used, abused or broken after use items will not be accepted**

We do not accept returns on feed supplements, treats or wormer.

All merchandise must be in original packaging.

Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted after the 10-day limit.

Payments made by Debit Card, Credit Card will be refunded back on to the same card.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Depending on the BANK it may take a few days before you see a refund on your account. 

Credit Cards may take longer to show the refund.
